Dr. Kwame Dance, Psy.D., MBA is a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, consultant, and behavioral health systems strategist based in Greater Boston. His work bridges clinical practice, youth development, workforce development, and organizational strategy to expand access to culturally responsive mental health care.

 

A lifelong Cantabrigian and Cambridge Public Schools alumnus, Dr. Dance has led community-based behavioral health initiatives and workforce development programs across Cambridge and Boston. He is the founder of Mental Health ACCESS and co-founder of 2B-EPIC, two paid mental health career pipeline programs that have created learning, mentorship, and leadership opportunities for more than 200 Black and Latinx students.

 

Through consulting, training, teaching, and public speaking, Dr. Dance supports schools, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, public agencies, and community groups seeking to build more equitable, trauma-informed, and sustainable systems of care.
